How does shipping work?

DashBracelets™ partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best possible prices with high quality products.

We offer free international shipping. No matter where you are, you can buy from us!

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, India, Tibet, China, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please don't panic if your order doesn't show up immediately, it's on the way.

What if I need to return something?

We have a strict exchange-only policy. Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. We cannot issue a refund, however you do get a lifetime warranty and free exchanges for up to 30 days after your purchase. Whether you want to switch the size, or if you experience any sorts of issues, we have you covered.
